Nero was a small, quiet place in Hampshire County, West Virginia, in the United States. It was known as an "unincorporated community." This means it didn't have its own local government like a city or town. Instead, it was managed by the county.
Nero was located along Back Creek Road, which is also called West Virginia Secondary Route 23/3. You could find it south of another place called Lehew. This community was situated along Loman Branch. Loman Branch is a small tributary stream that flows into the larger Cacapon River. Nero no longer has its own post office that is open and working.
