Nicola White is a famous English field hockey player. She was born on January 20, 1988. Nicola plays as a forward for both the England and Great Britain national teams.
She is well-known for her amazing achievements in hockey. Nicola won a gold medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. She also earned a bronze medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

Early Life and Hockey Start
Nicola White grew up in Shaw and Crompton, England. She started playing hockey when she was just 7 years old. This was at her school, and she quickly joined a club called Saddleworth HC.
She attended Oldham Hulme Grammar School for both her primary and secondary education. Nicola also studied Sports Science at Loughborough College. She finished her degree in 2013. In 2018, she received a special honorary degree from Loughborough University.
Club Hockey Career
Nicola White has played for several hockey clubs. She spent many successful years playing for Holcombe Hockey Club. Later, for the 2020-21 season, she joined Hampstead & Westminster. This club plays in the top division of the Women's England Hockey League.
