Nicolas Carl Hamilton (born March 28, 1992) is a British racing driver. He last raced in the 2023 British Touring Car Championship. Nicolas uses a special car because he has cerebral palsy. This condition affects his movement.
Nicolas is the half-brother of Lewis Hamilton. Lewis is a very famous Formula One World Champion. He has won the Formula One title seven times!

Racing Career
Nicolas Hamilton started his racing journey in 2011. He has competed in several different racing series. His determination and skill have made him a well-known figure in motorsports.
Renault Clio Cup United Kingdom
Nicolas began his racing career in the Renault Clio Cup United Kingdom in 2011. He drove for a team called Total Control Racing. Even though he finished last in his first race, he got a lot of attention. Many fans and media were interested in his story.
His first season was even featured in a BBC documentary. It was called Racing with the Hamiltons: Nic in the Driving Seat.
European Touring Car Cup
In 2013, Nicolas moved up to the European Touring Car Cup. He drove a SEAT León Supercopa car for Baporo Motorsport. This was another step forward in his professional racing career.
British Touring Car Championship
In 2015, Nicolas Hamilton joined the British Touring Car Championship. He made a deal with AmD Tuning to race an Audi S3. This was a big moment because he became the first disabled driver to compete in this series.
In 2019, Nicolas got a full-time spot with Motorbase Performance. He raced alongside drivers like Tom Chilton and Ollie Jackson.
On February 21, 2020, it was announced that Nicolas would drive for Team HARD. He raced a Volkswagen CC and kept his ROKiT sponsorship. In a race at Brands Hatch, he scored his first-ever BTCC point. He finished the race in 15th place, which was a great achievement. In 2023, he scored 10 points and finished 24th overall.
Media Career
Nicolas Hamilton also works in media. On March 8, 2016, he became part of Channel 4's Formula One presentation team. This means he helps present and talk about Formula One races on TV.
