Ricky Raphel Brown (born January 28, 1985), known as NoClue, is an American rapper from Seattle. He is famous for being named the world's "Fastest Rap MC" by Guinness World Records. In January 2005, he rapped 723 syllables in just 51.27 seconds. That's super fast, about 14.1 syllables every second!

Early Life and Music Beginnings
Ricky Brown grew up in Seattle, Washington. He started reciting raps when he was only four years old. By age nine, he was already writing his own song lyrics. His family was involved in music too. His grandfather was in a gospel band called The Singing Galatians. Ricky often went to his grandfather's recording sessions, which helped him learn about making music in a studio. His first recordings were made with his cousins. They would rap over popular beats when Ricky was in junior high.
NoClue's Music Style
NoClue is a hip hop artist. He is especially influenced by West Coast Hip Hop, which is a style of hip hop music from the western United States. He is known for his strong, energetic lyrics in every song. NoClue says that the famous rapper Tupac Shakur was one of his early musical inspirations. He chose his stage name, NoClue, because he felt "the world had no clue what kind of impact he was about to bring."

In October 2012, NoClue became the face of Microsoft Windows Azure. This is a cloud computing service from Microsoft. The commercial featuring him became very popular. People talked about it a lot because of his incredibly fast rapping. Even though it was hard to understand every word, many praised his clear lyrics. Microsoft even held an online contest for people to try and rap as fast as NoClue.
Samsung Galaxy S III with Optus 4G
NoClue joined forces with other "fastest" people in September 2012. He worked with the world's fastest speaker, fastest reader, and fastest texter. They helped launch Optus' new fast internet network, 4G, in Australia. This also introduced the new Samsung Galaxy S III phone.
NoClue's Businesses
NoClue is the CEO and founder of a company called Long Live LLC. In late 2012, he also started a video production company called Cinema 28. This company specializes in making professional videos. They create model portfolios, music videos, and wedding films. They use advanced equipment like drone cameras and 4K video. Long Live LLC's first short video was shown on World Star Hip Hop in January 2014. It featured Jenn from Bad Girls Club, Season 10 and NoClue's song 'Clapp'. This video received over 950,000 views.

Guinness World Record
When he was 20 years old, Ricky Brown achieved a major milestone. He broke the Guinness World Record in 2005 to become the fastest rapper in the world. This amazing attempt happened at Seattle's B&G Studios on January 15, 2005. A licensed speech therapist was there to make sure everything was accurate.
NoClue rapped at an incredible speed of 14.1 syllables per second. This beat the old record of 12.5 syllables per second, which was set in 1998 by a rapper named Rebel XD. NoClue's record was officially written down in the Guinness World Records 2006 book, which came out in August 2005. While his record has since been broken, he was the fastest for a time!
