Building Nocatee: A Planned Community
Nocatee was designed to be a complete town where people can live, work, and have fun. It's built to be a place where you can easily walk around. The main company behind Nocatee's development is The PARC Group, Inc. They are well-known for building communities in Northeast Florida.
