Norkys Yelitza Batista Villarroel (born August 30, 1977) is a famous Venezuelan actress and model. She also won several beauty pageant titles.

Early Life and Beauty Pageants
Norkys was born in Caracas, Venezuela. She grew up with her 8 brothers and sisters.
Norkys became well-known after she was the first runner-up in the Miss Venezuela 1999 competition. She continued to join other beauty pageants. In 2000, she was the first runner-up in the Reinado Internacional del Café pageant. There, she was also voted Most Beautiful Face. After that, she won the Miss Atlántico Internacional 2000 and Miss Latina Internacional 2000 titles.
Acting Career and Fashion
Norkys started her career by appearing in television commercials. At the same time, she was studying Business Administration at the Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Rodríguez. She also worked as a model on TV shows like Gente de la Manaña and Atrevete a Soñar on RCTV. She was also a co-host for the show La Tropa de Vacaciones on the same channel.
Norkys got her first acting role in the telenovela Juana La Virgen in 2002. A telenovela is like a long TV drama series. In 2004, she got her first main role in the telenovela Estrambotica Anastasia. In this show, she played three different characters who were triplets!
Later, in 2014, she joined Venevisión. She acted as a co-star in the telenovela Mi ex me tiene ganas. In 2013, she played the role of the villain in the telenovela De todas maneras Rosa. In 2014, Norkys also started her own fashion line for underwear and bathing suits.
Personal Life
Norkys married Leonardo Luttinger on May 3, 2003. He was a dentist, model, and actor. They had been dating for two years before they got married. Their son, Sebastian Luttinger Batista, was born on January 20, 2006.
