Sports at NAU
NAU has exciting sports teams! Their men's athletics teams are known as the Lumberjacks. A lumberjack is someone who cuts down trees, which fits with Flagstaff's forest surroundings. These teams play in 15 different sports, from basketball to track and field. They are part of a group of schools called the Big Sky Conference, where they compete against other universities.
