Oak Orchard is a small community in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. It's located east of the town of Millsboro, Delaware. An "unincorporated community" means it's a place where people live, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town.
Oak Orchard is bordered by the Indian River Bay to the south. To the east, you'll find Emily Gut, which is a narrow channel of water, and an area called "the Peninsula."
