Oleg Elekpayevich Saitov (born May 26, 1974) is a famous Russian former boxer. He is known for winning many medals in big boxing competitions. He competed in the welterweight division.

Oleg Saitov was born in Novokuybyshevsk, which was part of the Soviet Union at the time. His father was from the Volga Tatars and his mother was Russian. He also has an older brother named Vadim.

In 1992, Oleg Saitov represented the CIS team. He competed in a junior boxing tournament in Scotland. He was in the category for boxers weighing up to 63.5 kilograms.
