Oluniké Adeliyi (born January 5, 1977) is a talented Canadian actress. She has appeared in many movies and TV shows. You might know her from the horror film Saw 3D or as Leah Kerns in the TV series Flashpoint.

Early Life and Acting Start
Oluniké Adeliyi was born in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Her family background is Jamaican and Nigerian. She often visited Brooklyn, New York to learn more about acting.
She studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. After graduating, she performed in plays in New York. In 2008, she moved back to Toronto, Canada.
How Oluniké Began Acting
Oluniké started acting when she was in middle school. Her first role was the Artful Dodger in a play called Oliver Twist. This early experience helped her discover her love for performing.
After high school, she continued her acting studies. She performed in many plays across Canada and the U.S. Some of her main roles were in plays like Blue Window, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Children's Hour.
Oluniké's Acting Career
One of Oluniké's first movie roles was a small part in the film John Q.. On the set, she met the famous actor Denzel Washington. She has said that meeting him really "inspired" her to keep acting.
In 2009, she played the main character in a play called The Marriage of Anansewa. That same year, she joined the cast of the Canadian TV series Flashpoint. She became well-known for her role as Cst. Leah Kerns in the show.
Awards and Recognitions
Oluniké Adeliyi has been recognized for her acting skills. In 2012, she was nominated for an award. This was for Best Performance by a Female – Film at the Canadian Comedy Awards for her role in French Immersion.
In 2014, she made history in theatre. She played Lady Macbeth in a play by Shakespeare at the Sterling Theatre in Toronto. People called her "Shakespeare’s First Jamaican-Nigerian Lady Macbeth."
In 2018, she received another important nomination. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 6th Canadian Screen Awards. This was for her performance in the film Boost.
