Kenneth Johnson (born October 17, 1977), known as Omillio Sparks, is an American rapper and actor. He comes from West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Omillio Sparks is well-known for his part in Jay-Z's song "I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)" in 2000. This song reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 music chart. In the same year, he helped form the music group State Property. This group included other rappers from Philadelphia, like Beanie Sigel and Freeway. Together, they released two albums with Jay-Z's Roc-A-Fella Records.
As an actor, Omillio Sparks played the character Baby Boy. He appeared in the group's movie, State Property, which came out in 2002. He also acted in its sequel, State Property 2, released in 2005.
