Kenneth Johnson (born November 17, 1979), known as Omillio Sparks, is an American rapper and actor. He comes from West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is famous for his part in Jay-Z's 2000 song "I Just Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)". This song became very popular, reaching number 11 on the Billboard music chart.
In the same year, Omillio Sparks helped create the music group State Property. He formed this group with other rappers from Philadelphia, like Beanie Sigel and Freeway. Together, they released two music albums with Jay-Z's record label, Roc-A-Fella Records. Omillio Sparks also acted in movies. He played the character Baby Boy in the group's 2002 film, State Property. He also appeared in the sequel, State Property 2, released in 2005.
