One Riverside Park is a tall building, also called a skyscraper, located at 40 Riverside Boulevard in New York City. It's in a part of Manhattan called Riverside South, on the Upper West Side. This building has 33 floors and contains 219 homes or apartments.
The building was designed by a company called Goldstein, Hill & West Architects. They are famous for designing other buildings nearby, like the Aldyn and the Ashley. A cool feature of One Riverside Park is a special tunnel. This tunnel connects residents directly to the La Palestra Athletic Club & Spa. This gym and spa is located in the next-door building, the Aldyn.

Where is One Riverside Park Located?
One Riverside Park is the last building of its kind in the Riverside South area. This is why it was named "One," showing its special place at the start of Riverside Boulevard. The company that built it, Extell Development Company, officially registered the name in 2013.
Nearby Developments and Green Spaces
South of One Riverside Park, across 62nd Street, is a new area called Riverside Center. This center will offer many services to the tall buildings in Riverside South. Riverside Center will have over 3 acres of open space for people to enjoy. It will also include a new public school for younger students. Plus, there will be many shops and services, covering more than 100,000 square feet.
Future Plans for Riverside Park
There are also plans for the area in front of One Riverside Park. This involves possibly moving and burying a part of the West Side Highway. This section is roughly from West 59th Street to West 72nd Street. If this happens, it would allow Riverside Park to become even bigger. Plans for this highway work were approved back in 2001. However, since the highway was rebuilt in the 1990s, it's not certain if this extra development will happen soon.
