Story of the Film
Searching for Secrets
The movie starts with Lena, a "Nazi-hunter." This means she tracks down people who committed crimes during World War II. She is looking for a German scientist named Neurath in Paraguay. He worked with a war criminal named Klausener.
Lena questions Neurath. He teases her about a secret group of people still loyal to the Nazis. Then, he has a heart attack and dies. Lena searches his apartment. She finds a map of a place called Yugoslavia. She also finds papers about a British engineer named Francis Hunt. There is also a special ring with a hidden key.
The Outpost Attack
Meanwhile, a team of soldiers arrives at an old military base, called an "outpost." This is the same team from the end of the first Outpost movie. An old man named Klausener watches them on a camera feed. Suddenly, zombie Nazi soldiers attack the team. These undead soldiers are led by a powerful officer named Götz. The soldiers are quickly defeated.
Strange Discoveries
Lena travels to the former Yugoslavia. There, she meets Wallace, a physicist. He studies how the universe works. Wallace is looking for the truth about a secret Nazi device called Die Glocke. He believes Hunt and his team are dead. He thinks no one should control this powerful device.
Wallace explains that special forces from NATO have been fighting these zombie SS guards. The SS guards have been attacking villages and causing many deaths. He says a strange energy field is growing around the outpost. This field is changing reality.
Joining Forces
Lena and Wallace go to a local militia camp. They find it under attack by the SS. Many soldiers are killed. Lena hides and sees an SS soldier brutally kill a militiaman. The next morning, they find that NATO forces failed to use a special device called an EMP. An EMP can turn off machines.
They continue their journey and find destroyed villages. Wallace explains that he knows about a group called Black Sun. This group created Die Glocke. They were trying to make "super-weapons."
Suddenly, an undead SS group attacks them. But a British SAS team saves them. This team includes Macavoy, Abbot, Carlise, Hall, and an engineer named Tech. Tech recognizes Wallace. Tech dies while setting up an EMP to stop the SS. The British soldiers ask Wallace to be their engineer. Macavoy tells Lena to leave until more help arrives.
Inside the Bunker
Lena follows the SAS team. She helps them survive another SS attack. The soldiers reluctantly let her join them. They explain their mission: they must get Die Glocke before a powerful bomb destroys the bunker.
They reach the outpost and follow wires to the engine room of Die Glocke. But the machine has been moved. Hunt's notes are written on the walls. Wallace figures out that Klausener hired Hunt to get the device. The soldiers are attacked by an SS guard, and Macavoy is killed. Abbot takes command. He tells Hall to set off flares. This will signal that the area is clear for the NATO bomb strike once they leave.
The Final Confrontation
A lift takes them deeper underground. They find bodies of locals and soldiers piled up by the SS. An undead SS woman leads them. Carlise distracts the SS to save Lena, but he is stabbed and dies.
Wallace finds the machine's plans. He leads them to the main chamber. Abbot and Lena find Hunt's body connected to Die Glocke's large generator. This generator controls the undead SS. Götz has made the machine's energy field bigger. This allows his zombie soldiers to go beyond the bunker.
Abbot is killed in an ambush. Hall struggles with an SS soldier and accidentally sets off the flares. Because of the EMP field, they cannot stop the bomb launch. Wallace manages to create an EMP wave. This temporarily stops all the nearby SS guards.
Hunt, barely alive, says that only Black Sun members with special keys can turn off the machine. Lena has Neurath's ring with the key. But Götz stops her. Wallace is saved by Hall, and they go to find the others. Götz tries to inject Lena. But Hunt uses his last bit of energy to send power into the zombie SS soldiers, destroying them.
Lena grabs the key and turns off the machine. Götz tries to fight Hunt, but Lena smashes Götz's skull, destroying him. She takes the machine's core. She meets Wallace and Hall in the lift. Suddenly, Wallace shoots Hall and wounds Lena. He leaves her to die and escapes just before the outpost is bombed.
Later, Wallace meets Klausener. He has half of the core as a backup. He plans to sell the other half at an auction. Then, Lena calls him. She survived the bombing by hiding deep in the bunker. She warns him that she is coming for him and Klausener.
