Paisley Wu (born November 12, 1971) is a talented singer and TV host from Hong Kong. She started her music career in the mid-1990s and has released several albums. Since the 2000s, many people know her as a friendly TV host for music shows on TVB.

Paisley Wu's Early Life and Music Career
Paisley Wu spent her early years in Shanghai, China. There, she learned to sing Italian opera. Later, she moved to San Francisco, where she studied R&B and jazz music.
Her first music release was a jazz album in 1994. She sang in Mandarin, which is her native language. In 1996, she joined a record label called Musician Ltd. During this time, she released music that had more of an alternative-rock sound. Her album This is... came out in 1997.
In 2002, Paisley released an easy-listening Mandarin album. After that, she became a regular TV host. She hosted many music shows on TVB and TVB8. In late 2007, she returned to music with an EP (Extended Play) called Don't Think Just Do. This EP included her first ever number one song, "Letting Go."
Paisley Wu's Personal Life
In 2008, Paisley Wu married Pal Sinn. He was a member of a Hong Kong rock band from the 1980s called Blue Jeans. Pal Sinn also wrote many songs for Paisley's albums.
Paisley is very good friends with several other actresses. These friends include Myolie Wu, Nancy Wu, Elaine Yiu, Mandy Wong, and Selena Lee. They formed a friendship group called “胡說八道會” (which means "Nonsense Club"). They even filmed a travel show together.
Paisley also shares a love for long-distance running. She is part of a running group called “Crazy Runner.” Other members include Benjamin Yuen, Joel Chan, Brian Tse, Jack Wu, Nancy Wu, Elaine Yiu, Selena Lee, and Mandy Wong.
