Paradise Cay, also known as County Service Area No. 29, is a small community in Marin County, California, United States. It's a special kind of area called an "unincorporated enclave," which means it's surrounded by the town of Tiburon but isn't officially part of it.
This waterfront community is located right by the San Francisco Bay. It sits at the bottom of the Tiburon Peninsula, about 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Point San Quentin. The area is about 23 feet (7 meters) above sea level. Paradise Cay uses the ZIP code 94920 and area code 415.

A Look Back in Time
How Paradise Cay Was Built
In the 1960s, Paradise Cay was created on land that was filled in from the San Francisco Bay. This was one of the last times such a landfill project was allowed in the Bay.
Many people who live in Paradise Cay call it "Moseleyville." This nickname comes from the Moseley family, who developed the community. The patriarch, Tim Moseley, started the development. Today, his son Tom Moseley, grandson Jeff Moseley, and Jonny Moseley all live there. Jonny Moseley is famous for winning a gold medal in the 1998 Winter Olympics for freestyle skiing.
Paradise Cay has just over 200 homes. Many of these homes have their own docks. These docks are big enough to hold a 60-foot (18-meter) yacht. The Tiburon Yacht Club is located at the north end of the community. It used to be called the Paradise Yacht Club.
Nature Around Paradise Cay
Paradise Cay is located near some important natural areas. To the north is Triangle Marsh, which is a very active place for plants and animals.
To the south, you'll find the Tiburon Peninsula. This area is mostly covered by Ring Mountain. Ring Mountain is special because it has many different kinds of plants. It also has ancient Native American petroglyphs, which are drawings carved into rocks.

- Robin Williams (1951–2014), a famous American comedian and actor, lived in Paradise Cay.
