The Pascack Valley is a special area in New Jersey, United States. It's located within a larger area called Bergen County. The valley gets its name from the Pascack Brook, a stream that flows through it.
This region includes eight towns: Montvale, Park Ridge, Woodcliff Lake, Hillsdale, Westwood, River Vale, Washington Township, and Emerson. Sometimes, nearby towns like Old Tappan and Oradell are also thought of as part of the Pascack Valley.

Transportation
The Pascack Valley Line is a train service operated by New Jersey Transit. This train line helps people travel to places like Hoboken, New Jersey. From Hoboken, you can even connect to trains that go to New York City through Secaucus Junction.
Healthcare
The area also has a hospital named after the valley. The Pascack Valley Hospital used to be in Westwood. It has since reopened as the Hackensack University Medical Center at Pascack Valley.
Local History
The Pascack Historical Society is located in Park Ridge. This group helps to preserve and share the history of the Pascack Valley area. They collect old photos, documents, and items that tell the story of how the region grew over time.
