Patrick Alexandre Ernst Loliger Salas (born June 20, 1985) is a famous Mexican rower. He is known for competing in the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics. Patrick has won many medals in rowing competitions around the world.

Patrick Loliger was born in Mexico City. His father is Swiss and his mother is Mexican. He grew up in a family that cared a lot about each other. Patrick started playing sports at a young age at Real Club España. He later studied International Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Patrick Loliger has won many medals throughout his rowing career. He has competed in regattas, which are like races for boats, all over the world. These include events in Germany, Belgium, and Italy.

Winning Medals Around the World

One of Patrick's big achievements was becoming the first Mexican rower to win a medal at the World University Championship. This event took place in Kazan, Russia. He has also won gold medals at the Ratzeburger Regatta in Germany and the International Regatta in Belgium.

Pan American Games Success

In 2011, Patrick won two medals at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara. He earned a silver medal in the single sculls event and a bronze medal in the quad sculls. Later that year, he had a very important win in Argentina. He beat Santiago Fernández, who was a big competitor and role model for him. Santiago had placed fourth in the 2004 Summer Olympics.
