Paul Zeital Kemsley (born 23 August 1967) is a businessman from England. He is also known for being a property developer and a media personality. Since 2016, he has appeared on the American reality television show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with his wife, Dorit Kemsley. He used to be a Vice-Chairman for the Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur. He also served as chairman for the New York Cosmos football team.

Early Life and First Jobs
Paul Kemsley went to Atholl School in Rayners Lane, Harrow. When he was 15, he started working on Saturdays at a clothing store called John Paul Menswear. There, he met Mike Ashley, who later started the Sports World equipment stores.
After leaving school in 1984 at age 17, Kemsley began working as a junior surveyor. From 1985 to 1992, he worked as an agent for a real estate company. In 1992, he joined his friend Mike Ashley at Sports Direct and helped the company grow.
Starting His Own Business
Rock Joint Ventures Ltd
In 1995, Paul Kemsley decided to start his own business. He created a company called Rock Joint Ventures Ltd. This company focused on buying and selling properties, including land. It also made special investments in other companies. For example, in 2004, Rock bought a large share in Countryside Properties plc and later sold it for a profit of £12 million.
By 2007, the properties owned by Rock were worth a lot of money. The company also worked with HBOS to build more properties. However, due to financial problems in 2009, Rock Joint Ventures Ltd stopped operating.
Kemsley was known for being very active in the property business. In one of his most successful deals, he bought an office building in London for £40 million in May 2006. He then sold it just five months later for £72 million. He also invested successfully in online betting companies.
In the World of Football
Tottenham Hotspur F.C.
Paul Kemsley was a director at Spurs from 2001 to 2006. He became the Vice-Chairman of the club before leaving in 2007. The club announced that he was leaving to focus on his property businesses.
New York Cosmos
In 2010, Kemsley helped to bring back the New York Cosmos soccer club. As chairman, he was the public face of the team's owners. He signed a deal with Umbro for team gear and wanted the club to join Major League Soccer.
Kemsley brought in famous soccer player Pelé as the Honorary President. In January 2011, he hired former Manchester United player Eric Cantona as Director of Soccer. Kemsley left the club in October 2011.
Legends 10
While working with the Cosmos, Kemsley also got involved with Pelé. He and Terry Byrne, another Cosmos executive, created a management agency. This agency, first called "Sport 10" and later "Legends 10," handled deals for Pelé. Kemsley remained the CEO of Legends 10 after leaving the Cosmos.
Television Appearances
The Apprentice
Paul Kemsley is friends with famous business people like Lord Sugar. Because of this friendship, Kemsley helped with the purchase of a majority share in Tottenham Hotspur.
Later, Kemsley appeared on the UK BBC show The Apprentice from 2005 to 2008. On the show, he was one of Lord Sugar's advisors who interviewed the contestants. He left the show after his company, Rock, faced difficulties.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
Since 2016, Paul Kemsley has been a regular on the American reality TV show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. He appears on the show alongside his wife, Dorit Kemsley, who joined the cast in season 7.
Personal Life
Paul Kemsley was first married to Loretta Kemsley (née Gold). They have three children together. In 2007, they lived in Radlett, Hertfordshire, before moving to America. His first wife and children returned to London in 2012.
In March 2015, Kemsley married Dorit Kemsley (née Lemel) in New York City. They have a son and a daughter together. His family is Jewish. In May 2024, it was announced that the couple had separated after nine years of marriage.
