Peggy Holmes is an American artist who does many things in the world of movies and TV. She is a choreographer, which means she creates dance moves for actors. She is also a dancer, a screenwriter (someone who writes movie scripts), and a film director.
Peggy directed her first full-length movie in 2008. It was called The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning. She also directed two movies from the popular Tinker Bell series: Secret of the Wings (2012) and The Pirate Fairy (2014). Peggy uses her dance skills to make characters, both animated and real, move in exciting ways.
She has created dances for many famous movies. Some of these include The Country Bears, I Love Trouble, Hocus Pocus, Newsies, and The Fabulous Baker Boys. Peggy also choreographed for TV shows, like the first episode of Fame L.A.. In 2020, Peggy Holmes was chosen to direct the animated movie Luck, which was released in 2022.
