Pelican Bay is a small city located in the far northwest part of Tarrant County, Texas. It sits right on the edge of Eagle Mountain Lake.

However, Pelican Bay has stayed a quiet community. Most homes there are mobile homes. The roads and yards are neat, but the area has a simple, down-to-earth feel.
