Peter Hindley (born May 19, 1944 – died February 1, 2021) was an English footballer. He was often called 'Tank' because he was a very strong player. Peter played as a right-back for many years. He was known for being tough on the field.
His father, Frank Hindley, also played football professionally. He played for Nottingham Forest and Brighton & Hove Albion.
