Agenda is located in the southeastern part of Ashland County. It shares its borders with Iron County to the east and north. To the south, you'll find Price County.
Nearby towns to the west include Chippewa, Peeksville, and the village of Butternut. A big river called the Flambeau River flows through the southeastern part of Agenda. This river is an important branch of the Chippewa River.
