Phillip Martin Robinson Jr. (born December 28, 1980) is an American politician. He also works as a leader for non-profit groups. He is currently a member of the Ohio House of Representatives. This means he helps make laws for the state of Ohio. He represents the 19th district in Cuyahoga County. Before this, he represented the 6th district in the Ohio House.

Phil Robinson went to Gilmour Academy in Gates Mill, Ohio. After that, he studied finance at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.. He also earned a special business degree (an Executive Master of Business Administration) from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.
