Philip Casey was born in London, England, in 1950. His parents were from different parts of Ireland, County Laois and County Sligo. They later moved back to County Wexford, Ireland.
Philip lived in Barcelona, Spain, for some years. Most of his adult life was spent in Dublin, Ireland. He was a writer who created both poems and novels. He also reviewed poems for a newspaper called the Irish Press. Philip Casey passed away in Dublin in 2018.
