The Pierre River (in French: Rivière Pierre) is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into Brébeuf Lake. The river runs through the towns of Ferland-et-Boilleau and Rivière-Éternité. These towns are part of the Fjord-du-Saguenay area. This region is in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Quebec.
A forest road follows the Pierre River valley. This road helps with logging, farming, and fun outdoor activities. The lower part of the river valley is also part of the zec du Lac-Brébeuf, which is a managed area for hunting and fishing.
The main activities in this area are forestry (cutting down trees) and recreational tourism (like hiking or fishing).
The Pierre River usually freezes over from early December to late March. It's generally safe to walk on the ice from mid-December to mid-March.

Geography
The Pierre River is about 15.2 km (9.4 mi) long. It starts in a deep valley where two mountain streams meet. This starting point is about 440 m (1,440 ft) above sea level.
Where the River Starts
The source of the Pierre River is in Ferland-et-Boilleau. It's located:
- 0.6 km (0.37 mi) west of a mountain peak that is 544 m (1,785 ft) high.
- 10.4 km (6.5 mi) south-east of where the Pierre River joins Brébeuf Lake.
River's Journey
From its source, the Pierre River flows generally towards the north-east. Along its path, it collects water from several smaller streams and lakes. Some of these include the outlet of "Lac du Cimetière" and "Lac des Canots". The river flows through steep valleys and marshy areas.
Where the River Ends
The Pierre River flows into the eastern part of Brébeuf Lake. This meeting point is called the mouth of the river. The mouth is about 226 m (741 ft) above sea level.
From Brébeuf Lake, the water then flows into the Saint-Jean River. The Saint-Jean River then flows into Saint-Jean Bay, which is part of the Saguenay River. Finally, the Saguenay River flows into the Saint Lawrence estuary near Tadoussac.
