Pine Hills is a hilly area in Plymouth, Massachusetts, in the United States. It is a large, mostly wild place with many hills and forests. It sits south of Plymouth Beach and Chiltonville. To its north is Manomet, and to its east is Route 3.

You can get to the southern part of Pine Hills from Exit 3 on Route 3. The northern part is reached from Exit 4. The land starts near Plymouth Bay at Rocky Point. This area is like the lower hills of the region. From there, the land goes up towards the southwest. Route 3A goes right through the middle of Pine Hills. The area includes the Rocky Point neighborhood in the north. It also has The Pinehills, which is a new area with homes and shops in the far south.

Manomet Hill: Plymouth's Highest Point

Manomet Hill is the tallest peak in the Pine Hills area 41°55′38″N 70°35′30″W / 41.92722°N 70.59167°W / 41.92722; -70.59167. It stands about 395 feet (120 meters) above the sea. This makes it the highest spot in all of Plymouth County.

Route 3A passes very close to the top of the hill. However, Manomet Hill is on private land. This means people cannot visit it.

Cleft Rock: A Natural Lookout

Cleft Rock is a special rock formation found in the Pine Hills. It is famous for a unique crack, or "cleft," that goes right through its middle. Long ago, Native Americans are believed to have used this rock as a lookout spot.

On a clear day, Cleft Rock offers amazing views of Cape Cod Bay. You can find this rock in an 8.7-acre (3.5-hectare) park located on Route 3A.
