Pine Island Park is also known as Alfred McKethan Park. It's a 3-acre (1.2-hectare) park right on the Gulf of Mexico. You can find it at 10800 Pine Island Drive. The park has many fun things to do. There's a swimming beach and a special swimming area. You can also find picnic tables, shelters, and barbecue grills. It's a great spot for a family outing. There's an observation point to enjoy the views, a volleyball court, and a playground for kids. Plus, there's a concession stand if you get hungry or thirsty.
