Marcus Ramone Cooper Sr, known by his stage name Pleasure P, is an American R&B singer. He first became famous as a member of the group Pretty Ricky. In 2007, he started his own solo career. His first solo album, The Introduction of Marcus Cooper, came out in 2009. This album was even nominated for a Grammy Award!

Career Highlights
Starting a Solo Career (2009–2012)
After leaving the group Pretty Ricky, Pleasure P began working on his own music. He released his first solo song, "Did You Wrong", on July 22, 2008. This song did well on the music charts.
He also released an EP (a shorter album) in 2008 called "Boyfriend #2". This EP included "Did You Wrong" and another song called "Boyfriend #2". Music videos for both songs were also released.
In 2009, he released another song from his album called "Under". His first full solo album, The Introduction of Marcus Cooper, was released on June 9, 2009. The album was planned for earlier, but it was released after a few delays. Pleasure P also gained attention by being featured on a song from Flo Rida's album R.O.O.T.S..
New Music and Albums (2012-Present)
On June 21, 2012, Pleasure P released a new song called "I Love Girls". This song featured the artist Tyga. It was the first song from his second album, which was titled King of Romance. This album was his first with his new record label, E1 Music.
He also worked on another song called "I Really Need to Know". On September 16, 2013, Pleasure P released a new single called "Kiss Me".
In 2014, Pleasure P shared on social media that he would release a new song. This song, "Letter to My Ex", was from his mixtape "Break Up to Make Up". The mixtape was released on February 14, 2014.
Pretty Ricky Reunion and New Projects
In 2014, Pleasure P and the original members of Pretty Ricky announced they were getting back together. They planned a worldwide tour and a new album called Bluestars 2. The group's first new song, "Puddles", was released on Valentine's Day in 2015.
In 2018, Pleasure P appeared on the TV show "Love & HipHop: Miami". He talked about the Pretty Ricky reunion, their new album, and upcoming tours.
In 2022, Pleasure P took part in the online music series Verzuz. He and his teammate Sammie competed against Bobby V and Ray J. Many people watched their match. After the event, the four artists who participated in the Verzuz battle decided to form a supergroup. They came up with the name R.S.V.P. This new group is currently working on music and plans to release an EP soon.
