Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo is a fun adventure video game released in 1995. It's the third game in the popular Putt-Putt series, where you play as a friendly purple car named Putt-Putt. Putt-Putt's Big Zoo Adventure
The story of "Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo" begins on a very important day. It's the grand opening of the Cartown Zoo! Putt-Putt and his dog, Pep, drive to visit their friend, Mr. Baldini. After a quick chat, Mr. Baldini asks Putt-Putt for a favor. He needs Putt-Putt to deliver some special "Zoo Chow" to Outback Al. Outback Al is the new zookeeper at the Cartown Zoo.
Saving the Zoo's Grand Opening
Putt-Putt agrees to help and heads straight to the zoo. When he arrives, the zoo is still closed. Outback Al opens the gates, and Putt-Putt drives inside. After delivering the food, Outback Al shares some bad news. The zoo is not ready to open! Many animal exhibits still need fixing. Even worse, six baby zoo animals have gone missing!
Putt-Putt quickly offers to help find the missing babies. Outback Al is very relieved and gives Putt-Putt a list of the animals. Putt-Putt must find Baby Jambo the elephant, Masai the giraffe, Kenya the lion cub, Zanzibar the hippo, Sammy Seal, and Little Skeeter the snake. Putt-Putt's mission is to find all these baby animals and save the zoo's grand opening!
A Hero's Welcome at the Zoo
After a lot of searching and solving puzzles, Putt-Putt finds all six missing baby animals. He brings them safely back to the zoo. With all the animals rescued, Outback Al is thrilled! He announces that the Cartown Zoo is finally ready to open. Outback Al even gives Putt-Putt a special "Junior Zookeeper" award. Putt-Putt gets to cut the ribbon, officially opening the zoo for everyone to enjoy!
How to Play Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo
The way you play "Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo" is similar to the earlier games in the series. You control Putt-Putt as he explores different areas. You can click on objects and characters to interact with them. Putt-Putt has a special glove box where he can store items he finds. He also has a horn and a radio that you can use during the game.
Using Your Camera in the Game
A cool new feature in this game is the camera. Putt-Putt can find a camera during his adventure. Once he has it, you can take pictures of the animals you see. It's a fun way to remember your favorite moments. You can even print out the pictures you take! This adds an extra layer of fun to exploring the Cartown Zoo.
