Meet the Main Characters
- Donald Duck (voiced by Tony Anselmo) - Donald is the main character. He wears a blue shirt with red flowers. He is the uncle and guardian of Huey, Dewey, and Louie. They often call him "Uncle D." They all live together in Donald's house. Donald is also Daisy's boyfriend and works as her cameraman for her TV show.
Donald is famous for his short temper. He gets angry very easily. But even with his temper, Donald tries to be a good parent figure. He deeply cares about his nephews and protects them. He sees them as his "boys." Huey, Dewey, and Louie also see Donald as their family. Sometimes, Donald misunderstands their good intentions. He might think they are being destructive. When Donald got superpowers, he became a super villain called the Duck of Doom. This led to a big battle with his nephews, who also got powers.
- Huey (voiced by Jeannie Elias) - Huey wears a red shirt over a lighter red t-shirt and purple shorts. He usually acts as the leader of the three brothers. In one episode, we learn Huey is afraid of cats, a fear called ailurophobia. He even got hiccups from seeing a picture of a cat! This fear started when cats scared him on Halloween.
Huey bravely overcame his fear by saving a cat from a tree. But then, he found out he was allergic to cats! Huey believes that fate and coincidence are linked. He thinks they decide if the trio gets what they want. This makes Huey very determined. He is usually the last one to give up when they want something. Huey can also be easily charmed by girls. Sometimes he seems a bit arrogant or too focused on making money. Huey is also good at playing the pipe organ. When he got superpowers, he could run super fast. He called himself the Really Incredibly Fast Guy.
- Dewey (voiced by Pamela Adlon) - Dewey wears a striped blue shirt with the number one on the back. He also wears a light blue t-shirt and blue shorts. He has the longest hair of the brothers. Dewey is great with computers and technology. He is often the most logical of the three.
Dewey loves playing practical jokes and thinks he's a master prankster. His tech skills help him create amazing pranks, like using projectors for ghosts. Every Halloween, Dewey enjoys pranking Huey, Louie, and Donald. One time, this led them to a real haunted house. Dewey thought it was a great chance for more pranks. But the house was truly haunted, and real monsters were playing tricks! Dewey got blamed at first. It took a while for his family to realize the truth. Dewey has a very strong conscience. It even turned into a giant version of him to make him protect his family. Dewey also strongly believes in UFOs, even knowing about past hoaxes. When Dewey got superpowers, he gained super intelligence and psychokinesis. He called himself Brain Boy.
- Louie (voiced by Elizabeth Daily) - Louie wears a green vest over green shorts and a backwards green cap. He is a huge fan of comic books, especially his hero, Mantis Boy. Louie owns a violin, just like Mantis Boy. At first, he was not good at playing it, but he learned to play very well.
Sometimes, Louie plays sad music on his violin to trick Donald and get out of trouble. In one episode, we learned Louie cares deeply about animal rights. He even planned to catch animal poachers. Louie sometimes changes his mind about what he wants to be when he grows up. He has thought about being an astronaut, a sky diver, a pilot, a hockey goalie, and a policeman. Even though Louie sometimes struggles to understand people's goals, he is a good thinker. When the trio makes a plan, Louie is often the first to have second thoughts. He likes to rethink the plan and compare it to the situation. When Louie got superpowers, he became very muscular and strong. He called himself Captain Muscle. Louie's full name is Louis.
- Daisy (voiced by Kath Soucie) - Daisy is Donald's girlfriend. She usually wears a pink dress and dark pink shoes. She is a reporter for a TV show called "What In the World." She works for Kent Powers. Daisy tries hard to get a good story, sometimes accidentally putting others in danger.
Daisy has a blue pet iguana named Knuckles. Knuckles eats almost anything! Daisy cares a lot about Huey, Dewey, and Louie. She trusts them more than Donald often does. Donald sometimes thinks the boys are up to no good.
- Kent Powers (voiced by Roger Rose) - Kent Powers is a TV personality who thinks very highly of himself. He is Daisy and Donald's boss. He often teases Donald just for fun. Even though he is popular, Kent is overconfident, rude, dishonest, greedy, and selfish. He openly dislikes Donald and looks for any chance to fire him.
- Ludwig von Drake (voiced by Corey Burton) - Ludwig is Duckburg's smartest inventor and genius. Donald and his nephews often visit Ludwig for advice or his cool gadgets. However, his inventions sometimes make things even more complicated!
- Gwumpki (voiced by Pat Fraley) - Gwumpki owns the local restaurant where the nephews often eat. He is usually kind. But he gets annoyed when the nephews' unpaid food bill comes up.
Villains and Challenges
- The Claw (voiced by Frank Welker) - The Claw is a very tough criminal. He is named for the metal claw that replaces his hand. The Claw first appears when Donald falsely blames him for breaking the nephews' video game. This makes The Claw angry and he hunts Donald down. In his second appearance, The Claw seems to be a "good citizen." But he becomes violent again whenever he sees gold. He only calms down when he hears a ringing bell.
- Agent X (voiced by Kath Soucie) - Agent X is a robot assassin. She works for a secret criminal group. She appears in the episode "Heavy Dental." Huey goes to the dentist, but the doctor mistakes him for Agent X in disguise. Huey gets a mind-control helmet put on his head. Huey quickly finds out how to use the helmet's power and uses it too much. Agent X is sent to stop him and get the device back. She chases Huey to Donald's house. Donald is trying to fix the kitchen pipes, but failing badly. Once Agent X is inside, the pipes burst. Water drenches Agent X, causing her to completely rust.
