Quincy Lavell Lewis (born June 26, 1977) is an American who used to play professional basketball. He played for teams in the NBA and also for clubs in other countries. His last professional team was Iurbentia Bilbao Basket in Spain.

Today, Quincy Lewis works as a sports analyst for Fox Sports North. He talks about the Minnesota Timberwolves, which is one of the NBA teams he played for. He also coaches a youth basketball team called "Minnesota Heat" for players aged 16 and under.

College Basketball Journey

Quincy Lewis played college basketball for the University of Minnesota. In 1997, he was an important player for the Golden Gophers. He helped his team reach the NCAA Final Four. This is a very big tournament in college basketball.

During his final year in college, Quincy was the top scorer in the Big Ten Conference. When he finished his college career, he was ranked sixth on Minnesota's all-time scoring list. He had scored a total of 1,614 points. He also made 127 three-point shots and grabbed 502 rebounds.

Professional Basketball Career

Quincy Lewis was chosen by the Utah Jazz in the first round of the 1999 NBA draft. He was the 19th player picked overall. He played for the Jazz from 1999 to 2002.

Later, he joined the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2003. He also played for Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel during the 2002–2003 season.
