Quintanilla Vivar is a small town and a municipality in Spain. It is located in the province of Burgos, which is part of the Castile and León region. The town was once known as Quintanilla Morocisla.
A very famous village called Vivar del Cid is part of this municipality. Many people believe that Vivar del Cid is the birthplace of El Cid, a legendary Spanish hero.
