Rajesh Roshanlal Nagrath (born on May 24, 1953) is a well-known Indian music director and composer. He creates music for movies. He is the son of famous music director Roshan. His brother is Rakesh Roshan, who is an actor, producer, and director.

Music Journey

Rajesh Roshan has worked with many popular singers and directors. These include Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, and Asha Bhosle. He became very famous with his music for the 1974 film Kunwara Baap. The next year, his music for the film Julie was a big hit. For Julie, he won the Filmfare Best Music Director Award, which is a very important award in Indian cinema.

He composed music for many successful films in the 1970s and 1980s. Some of these films were Des Pardes, Man Pasand, and Lootmaar. He created many beautiful songs, often sung by Kishore Kumar.
