His death is connected to the protests that happened in Belarus. These protests were against the results of the 2020 Belarusian presidential election. Raman Bandarenka died after an incident where he was seriously injured. Police officials stated they found him unconscious and called for an ambulance.

What Happened to Raman Bandarenka?

On the evening of November 11, 2020, Raman was in the yard of his apartment building in Minsk. This area is sometimes called "Square of Changes" (Ploscha Peramen). According to reports, he was injured during an incident involving several people.

After this, a small bus took him away. An ambulance then brought him from a police station to a local hospital. When he arrived at the hospital, he was unconscious.

Raman's Injuries and Passing

At the hospital, doctors found that Raman had several injuries. These included injuries to his head and brain, along with bruises and abrasions. Doctors performed surgery to try and save his life.

However, Raman fell into a coma and did not wake up. He sadly passed away on November 12, 2020, at the hospital in Minsk.
