The Ranoidea robinsonae is a type of frog that lives in Papua New Guinea. Scientists have seen this frog in a place called Gulf Province. They think it might live in other areas too. So far, this frog has only been found in Papua Province. It lives about 750 meters (or about 2,460 feet) above sea level, which is quite high up!
What Does the Robinson's Tree Frog Look Like?
This frog is mostly green on its back. It also has light-colored stripes. An adult male frog is about 2.8 centimeters (just over an inch) long. Some of these frogs even have dark spots on their bodies.

Scientists believe that the Robinson's tree frog is related to the dainty green tree frog. This means they share some common ancestors and have similar characteristics.
