Renouf Island is an island located in Hudson Bay, a large body of saltwater in Canada. It is part of the Belcher Islands group. This island is found in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, Canada.
Renouf Island does not have any people living on it. It is situated at the northern tip of Flaherty Island. Together with Wiegand Island, Renouf Island helps to close off a place called Eskimo Harbour.
