The 2010 United States Census reported that Richfield had a population of 306. The population density was 546.6 people per square mile (211.0/km2). The racial makeup of Richfield was 264 (86.3%) White, 0 (0.0%) African American, 4 (1.3%) Native American, 0 (0.0%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 35 (11.4%) from other races, and 3 (1.0%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 65 persons (21.2%).
