Ridge (formerly, Ridgewood Station and Ridgewood) is an unincorporated community in Mendocino County, California. It is located on the Northwestern Pacific Railroad 6 miles (9.7 km) south-southeast of Willits, at an elevation of 1916 feet (584 m).
The Ridgewood post office operated from 1904 to 1914.

This region experiences warm (but not hot) and dry summers, with no average monthly temperatures above 71.6 °F. According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Ridge has a warm-summer Mediterranean climate, abbreviated "Csb" on climate maps.
