Caesar's Journey

Caesar eventually ends up in a primate shelter. There, he sees how other apes are treated. He uses his intelligence to plan an escape for himself and the other apes. He shares the special medicine with them, making them smarter too.

The apes then lead a rebellion against their human captors. They want to live freely in nature. The movie shows their journey to a new home in the forests near San Francisco.

Amazing Acting and Effects

Many people praised the movie's special effects. They also loved how Andy Serkis played the role of Caesar. Serkis used a special technique called motion capture. This allowed his movements and expressions to be turned into the ape character.

Film critic Roger Ebert gave the movie a good review. He said that Andy Serkis's performance as Caesar was "wonderfully executed." He also mentioned that it was hard to tell where the human acting ended and the computer effects began. He felt Serkis gave the best performance in the movie.
