The Rivière des Orignaux (which means Mooses River in English) is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows through the area of Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice-de-Buckland. This area is part of the Bellechasse Regional County Municipality in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.
This river is a smaller stream that flows into the Rivière de la Fourche. The Rivière de la Fourche then joins the rivière du Sud (Montmagny). Finally, the Rivière du Sud flows into the mighty St. Lawrence River. So, the Rivière des Orignaux is part of a larger river system leading to the ocean.
