Robert Banfield Capron Jr. (born July 9, 1998) is an American actor. He is famous for playing Rowley Jefferson. Rowley is Greg Heffley's best friend in the first three Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies. Robert has also acted as Mason in the TV show Elementary. He played David Lewan in the movie The Polka King.

Robert Capron's Acting Journey
Robert Capron started his acting career in 2009. His first role was in the movie Bride Wars. After that, he had small parts in films like Hachiko: A Dog's Story. He also appeared in the Disney movie The Sorcerer's Apprentice.
A fun fact is that Robert's real mother, Kaye Capron, played his character's mom in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies. Robert grew up in Scituate, Rhode Island. He is sometimes known as Robert B. Capron. Later, he started teaching acting classes. He taught film and acting at a place called Actors for Autism.
