Roger Leedham Brown was born on August 9, 1959. He is a former Australian cricket player. Roger played in top-level matches, known as first-class cricket. For many years, he had played more first-class matches than any other Aboriginal Australian cricketer. This made him a very important figure in Australian sports history.
Roger was born in Launceston, Tasmania. He played for the Tasmania cricket team from 1984 to 1987. During his career, he also played for special teams.

Playing for Young Australia
In 1985, Roger traveled to Zimbabwe. There, he played for a special team called Young Australia. This was a great chance for him to play cricket on an international level.
