Ryan Tandy (born 20 September 1981 – died 28 April 2014) was a professional rugby league player. He played as a prop (prop) in the 2000s and 2010s. Ryan played for several teams in Australia's National Rugby League (NRL). These teams included the St. George Illawarra Dragons and the Melbourne Storm. He also played in England's Super League for Hull Kingston Rovers. Ryan Tandy passed away in 2014.

Ryan Tandy had a long career playing rugby league. He played for many different teams. In Australia's NRL, he played for the St. George Illawarra Dragons and the South Sydney Rabbitohs. He also played for the Wests Tigers, Melbourne Storm, and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.

Playing in England

Ryan also played rugby league in England. He was part of the Hull Kingston Rovers team in the Super League. He also played for teams in the National Leagues. These teams included Doncaster, Widnes Vikings, Whitehaven, and Barrow.

International and Key Matches

Ryan Tandy made his first-grade debut for the Wests Tigers in 2008. This was against the Brisbane Broncos. He was also chosen to play for the Ireland national team. He played for Ireland in the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.

After the World Cup, Ryan joined the Melbourne Storm for the 2009 season. He was part of the Melbourne team that won the 2009 NRL Grand Final. They played against the Parramatta Eels. However, the Storm's premiership title was later taken away. This happened because of issues with their player salaries.

Ryan then joined the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in 2010. He played for them until March 2011.
