Sławomir Konrad Peszko (born 19 February 1985) is a Polish football manager and a former player. He currently manages the II liga club Wieczysta Kraków.
Peszko has won many championships and cup competitions in Poland. He played for clubs like Wisła Płock, Lech Poznań, and Lechia Gdańsk. Between 2011 and 2015, Peszko also played for teams in Germany, England, and Italy.
He was a player for the Polish national team for ten years, from 2008 to 2018. He represented Poland in big tournaments like the 2016 Euro’s and the 2018 World Cup.

Playing Career: Early Years & Polish Clubs
Sławomir Peszko started his football journey in the youth teams of Nafta Jedlicze. Later, he joined Orlen Płock. He made his first professional appearance on 28 August 2002. This was in a Polish Cup game. He became a regular player during the 2003–04 season.
With Wisła Płock, he helped the team win the Polish Cup and Supercup in 2006. He also played in the UEFA Cup qualifying rounds. Even when Płock was moved down to a lower league in 2007, Peszko stayed with them. He scored 16 goals in 26 games that season.

In June 2008, Peszko moved back to the top league. He signed with Lech Poznań. In his first season, he won the Polish Cup for the second time. He scored the only goal in the final game against Ruch Chorzów. In his second season, Peszko was the best at making assists in the league. He also scored eight goals, helping his team win the league title.
Playing Career: International Clubs
In January 2011, Peszko moved to Germany to play for 1. FC Köln in the Bundesliga. During a health check, doctors found out he has four kidneys! His contract was extended, but the team had a tough season and was moved to a lower league.
On 9 August 2012, Peszko joined the English team Wolverhampton Wanderers. He played there on a loan deal for one season. He joined his old manager from Köln, Ståle Solbakken. In October 2012, he got an injury that kept him from playing for three months. After his injury, his manager was replaced, and Peszko returned to Köln.
On 31 July 2013, 1. FC Köln sold Peszko to the Italian club Parma. However, he was loaned back to 1. FC Köln until the end of the 2013–14 season. After that, he officially returned to Köln.
Playing Career: Later Years in Poland
Peszko joined Lechia Gdańsk in 2015. With this team, he won the Polish Cup in 2019 and the Polish Super Cup in 2019. After playing 18 games and scoring 3 goals in his last season, he left the club in 2020.
On 15 June 2020, he joined Wieczysta Kraków, a regional league club. On 5 June 2023, Peszko announced that he would stop playing football at the end of that season.
International Career: Representing Poland
Peszko played his first game for the Polish national team on 19 November 2008. This was a friendly match against the Republic of Ireland, which Poland won 3–2. He scored his first goal for Poland on 17 January 2010 in a game against Denmark.
In May 2018, he was chosen to be part of Poland's team for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Managerial Career: Leading Teams
In early 2023, Peszko earned his UEFA A coaching license. This means he can coach professional football teams. On 18 September 2023, he became the manager of his former club, Wieczysta Kraków. At first, he was a temporary manager, but then he became the permanent one. On 18 May 2024, Wieczysta Kraków won their league, which meant they were promoted to the II liga.
