Saad Lamjarred (born on 7 April 1985) is a famous singer, songwriter, actor, and music producer from Morocco. He is well-known for his hit song "LM3ALLEM", which has been watched over 1 billion times on YouTube.

Early Life and Music Beginnings

Saad Lamjarred was born in Rabat, Morocco. His father, Bachir Abdou, is a classical singer. His mother, Nezha Regragui, is a well-known actress and comedian.

From a very young age, Saad loved music. He started playing the piano and singing when he was only four years old.

He later studied music, art, and dance at the Conservatory of Music in Rabat. During his studies, he often performed with his father.

In 2001, Saad moved to the United States. He says this experience greatly inspired his music. It helped him discover Western music and shaped his own unique style.

Saad Lamjarred's Music Career

In 2007, Saad took part in Super Star, a popular Arab TV talent show. He finished second in the fourth season of the show. This helped him become known to many people.

Saad started acting in 2011. He played the main male role in Ahlam Nassim, a Moroccan TV show. In 2013, he released his first album called Wala Aalik.

That same year, he also released two shorter music collections called EPs. These were named Salina and Enty. The song "Enty" (Arabic: أنتي) became one of his biggest hits. It won him an award at the Méditel Morocco Music Awards in 2014. He was also nominated for the Best Middle East Act at the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards. He later won the Murex d'Or award for "Best Arabic Song" for "Enty".

In 2015, Saad released his hit song "Lm3allem" (Arabic: لمعلم). The music video for this song set a Guinness World Record. It reached 1 billion views on YouTube in just three months!

A year later, Saad released "Ana Machi Sahel" (Arabic: أنا ماشي ساهل). He then put out a black-and-white music video for it. The video showed many of his fans singing along to the song at home and in their cars.

Soon after, he released another song called "Ghaltana" (Arabic: غلطانة). The music video for "Ghaltana" had a Wild West feel. It was inspired by the Mad Max films. This video was an instant hit, getting about half a million views on YouTube in just one hour.

Saad continued to release new popular songs. "Ghazali" (Arabic: غزالي) was another big hit. It earned over half a million views just minutes after its video came out. After "Ghazali", he released "Casablanca", where he sings in French.
