Sally Ann Matthews is an English actress. She was born on September 19, 1970. She is famous for playing Jenny Bradley in the TV show Coronation Street. She also played Sandra Briggs in Emmerdale.
Acting Career
Sally Ann was born in Oldham, England. She first played Jenny Bradley in Coronation Street from 1986 to 1991. Jenny was the daughter of a character named Alan Bradley. Sally Ann came back to Coronation Street as Jenny in 1993 for a short time. She then returned again in February 2015 and has been on the show since.
In 2005, Sally Ann joined another TV show called Emmerdale. She played Sandra Briggs, a farmer's wife. She left the show less than a year later. The show's producer said that it was a mistake to give her a small role. They hoped she might come back to Emmerdale someday.
