Sandalfoot Cove is a community in Palm Beach County, Florida, in the United States. It's located close to Boca Raton. Even though it's not officially part of Boca Raton, many people think of it as part of that area. In the year 2000, about 16,582 people lived there. It used to be called a "census-designated place" (CDP), which means it was an area defined by the government for counting people, but it's not an official city or town. Now, it's known as an "unincorporated place."

Sandalfoot Cove is located in Florida, about five miles southwest of Boca Raton. You can find its exact spot using coordinates: 26°20′20″N 80°11′07″W / 26.338873°N 80.185315°W.
The United States Census Bureau says that Sandalfoot Cove covers an area of about 7.7 square kilometers (3.0 square miles). All of this area is land.
Even though the official western edge of Sandalfoot Cove stops at U.S. Route 441, people who live there often consider the area directly west of 441 to also be part of Sandalfoot. This wider area includes neighborhoods like Watergate Estates, Boca Trails, Palmetto Pines, Boca Springs, and Tudor Woods.
