Sandra Elizabeth Levy was born on December 3, 1965, in Kingston, Jamaica. She is a former field hockey player who proudly represented Canada. Sandra competed in two major international events: the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, Korea, and the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain.
In Barcelona, her team, the Canadian National Team, finished in seventh place. Four years earlier, in Seoul, they had achieved a sixth-place finish.

Sandra Levy was a key player for the York Lions teams in Toronto. She played both field hockey and indoor hockey for her university.
She studied at York University, earning a Bachelor's degree in English in 1990. Later, in 1995, she earned a law degree (LL.B.) from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Sandra Levy played for Canada's national women's field hockey team for eleven years. During her time on the team, she helped them win two important medals.
