Santervás de Campos is a small town, also called a municipality, located in the province of Valladolid, in the region of Castile and León, Spain. As of 2009, about 137 people lived there. This town is famous for being the birthplace of a very important explorer named Juan Ponce de León.

On January 21, 2011, the Governor of Puerto Rico, Luis Fortuño, visited Santervás de Campos. He was there for a special event to celebrate 500 years since Ponce de León became the first Governor of Puerto Rico. During the ceremony, a statue of this famous explorer was revealed. Ponce de León is also known for discovering Florida and parts of the continental United States.
