Sarah Allen (born Sarah Lindsley) is an American computer expert and business owner. She creates computer programs and starts new companies. Sarah went to Brown University in Rhode Island. There, she studied computer science and art.
Early in her career, Sarah helped create important software. This included parts of Adobe Shockwave, Flash Media Server, and Flash video. She also helped start the company that made Adobe After Effects. In 2013, Sarah was chosen for a special program called Presidential Innovation Fellows. She worked with the Smithsonian Institution through this program.

In 2010, Sarah Allen helped start a mobile company called Mightyverse. She was the main technology leader there. This company works on mobile apps.
